كاميرا الهاتف أو الكمبيوتر تقرأ ملصق الجهاز وتفتح بطاقته وسجل صيانته مباشرة، ويمكن أيضاً كتابة الرمز يدوياً أو استخدام قارئ USB.
رمز QR على ملصق الجهاز يفتح صفحة بلاغ قصيرة على أي هاتف بدون حساب، ويصل البلاغ لقسم الصيانة كأمر عمل مع رقم مرجعي.
التشخيص، والسبب الجذري، والإجراء التصحيحي، والنتيجة، وتسجيل ساعة عمل واحدة على الأقل، وإكمال البنود الإلزامية في قائمة الفحص. بعدها يغلقه المشرف نهائياً.
يحسب زمن الاستجابة والإصلاح حسب أولوية الأمر وساعات عمل المنشأة، ويستثني العطل الرسمية، ويوقف العداد أثناء التعليق، ويصعّد التأخير حسب السياسة التي تحددها المنشأة.
يبقى آخر ما تم تحميله ظاهراً للتصفح. بعض التحديثات التي تتم أثناء تعذّر الوصول للخادم تُحفظ وتُرسل عند عودته، أما أزرار التنفيذ في شاشة الفني فتتوقف حتى يعود الاتصال.

Diagnosis, root cause, corrective action, outcome, at least one logged labour hour, and the required checklist items. A supervisor then closes it for good.
Response and repair times follow the order's priority and the facility's working hours, skip public holidays, pause while the order is on hold, and escalate delays according to the facility's own policy.
The last loaded data stays available to browse. Some updates made while the server is unreachable are saved and sent when it is back; job buttons on the technician screen pause until the connection returns.
