Terms of Use — MediPulse CMMS

These terms govern the use of MediPulse CMMS by biomedical engineering departments of subscribing healthcare facilities. Subscription details (plan, term, price, number of users and devices) are set in the contract agreed with each facility.

1. Licence

The facility may use the system for the length of its subscription to organise preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, spare parts and reporting.

2. Clinical disclaimer

The platform is an engineering organisation tool. It does not replace the testing and calibration performed by qualified biomedical engineers following the manufacturers' instructions.

3. Accounts and records

The facility is responsible for its staff accounts and their permissions. What users record in work orders and readings is an engineering record subject to the facility's own rules.
